A man has died after being discovered in an industrial freezer at a fish processing plant in Braintree, Massachusetts, the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
The man, in his 40s, was discovered overnight in an industrial freezer at the Channel Fish Processing facility and transported to a local hospital, where he died, the district attorney said.
There was no indication the victim was locked in the freezer or that foul play was involved, the district attorney said.
An autopsy was underway to determine cause of death.
No further information was immediately available.
