Authorities in New Hampshire are investigating after a 27-year-old man was stabbed early Thursday.
At about 2 a.m., Manchester police responded to a reported assault near the area of Lake Avenue and Union Street, where they found a man suffering from a stab wound. The victim, who was only identified as a 27-year-old Manchester man, had been stabbed in his back.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.
Police said the suspect is described as a man who drove away in a minivan. They believe the attack was targeted and that the public is not in danger.
