A 77-year-old Cambridge woman who was rushed to a Cape Cod hospital Saturday evening has died, according to the District Attorney.

Saturday at 5:12 p.m., Wellfleet police got a phone call about a possible body floating in Long Pond. When officers and firefighters arrived, they found the woman unresponsive.

Personnel on the scene performed CPR until she was brought to the Cape Cod Hospital.
